Prayer Calendar August – September 2020

While we are compiling this prayer calendar it is relatively quiet in Israel. There have been no major rocket attacks for a while. In Israel the COVID-19 virus is spreading too, but not many people have died because of it. Although it is the month of July 2020, Israel hasn’t taken steps yet to place areas of Judea and Samaria under Israeli law. However, this calm doesn’t mean that other countries and organizations sit still. Lots of plans are in the making to dispute Israel at all levels when Israel proceeds to “annexation”. Among these countries are Israel’s enemies, like Iran, that never sit idle in attacking Israel. We don’t know how this is going to move forward. But we do know that God has everything under control and that He gave prayer to us as a weapon against Satan’s attacks. Let us pray that it will remain quiet in Israel and that the real peace and quiet will come soon under the rule of Messiah.

“Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you.” (2 Thessalonians 3:16).
