Your Excellency,
On behalf of the international Christians for Israel movement we congratulate you on the formation of a new government and your position as Prime Minister of Israel.
We understand the return of the Jewish people to the land and the establishment of the State of Israel to be the beginning of the fulfilment of the promises from the Bible. The prophet Amos says: “And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them. And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the Lord thy God.”
As Christians for Israel we strive to stand in solidarity with Israel and bring comfort in times of trouble and oppression. Christians for Israel is a movement representing hundreds of thousands of Christians in over 40 nations on all continents. Our mission is to bring biblical understanding in the Church and among the nations concerning God’s purposes for Israel, and to mobilize Christians to comfort the nation of Israel through prayer and action. As an organization we support Aliyah and many humanitarian projects in Israel.
